Wendy builds the website, Andy arranges the programme and Max writes the posts, giving your team finished work to review. Each agent explains its work, and you approve every piece before sponsors, speakers or delegates see it.

Give each sponsor a clear view of their package and what to prepare. Sam proposes packages, task types and deadlines, with a stand design brief for the packages you choose, all shown in each sponsor's portal. Penny checks submissions and manages the review queue so you can see what is ready and what needs your decision.

Choose the add-on for stand placement on a floor plan, the stand builder, the shop and artwork proofs. It comes with its own agent and is available separately from the core plan.
Keep each company's stand number on its record: Sam maintains it as a text field without the add-on.

Leads is an add-on with its own agent, working beside Penny in the sponsor portal. It is not part of the core plan, so ask us what it covers for your event.

Frequently asked questions
- Does Conectus include a stand builder, a floor plan and a shop?
- You can add the floor plan, stand builder and shop through a paid add-on that includes its own agent. Core does not include these extras. Without them, the stand number is a text field on each company.
- Does Conectus include lead capture for sponsors?
- You can add Leads with its own agent. It is an add-on, priced outside the core plan.
- Can I undo what an agent did?
- Yes. Undo a single proposal or everything an agent did in a run. The confirmation after every approval includes Undo. Before you approve, each proposal shows its reasoning and the checks it ran, so you can see why the agent proposed it.
- How is Conectus priced?
