No. Penny never changes money or entitlements. She says what she can do instead and records the request for you to decide.

What happens when Penny does not know the answer?

Penny says plainly when she cannot answer, asks before handing over and sends the question to your named person. The participant receives your answer, which can also become a knowledge base entry.

Will Penny email people without my approval?

Penny shows every recipient, the cap and the complete text of each personal chase before you say yes. Scheduled reminders can be paused and start only when you approve opening the sending gate.

Do delegates meet Penny too?

Yes. Penny answers all four audiences: sponsors, speakers, delegates and providers, each limited to what that person may see.
