Alex reads the numbers and matches the people.
Know how your event is doing and why each proposed meeting belongs on the agenda. Alex answers from your platform records, explains every figure and flags anything that would be a guess. Alex gives a reason for each 1:1 match and passes follow-ups to the agent responsible.

Frequently asked questions
- Where do Alex's numbers come from?
- Alex draws directly from the platform's sign-ins, tasks, emails, public page views, packages sold and invoice states. Each answer shows how Alex got the figure. Nothing is estimated.
- Will Alex forecast our final revenue?
- Alex forecasts only where there is a fair basis. Registration forecasts are labelled as projections. Because package sales arrive in lumps, Alex shows sales per week rather than guessing a final revenue figure.
- Can Alex chase sponsors herself?
- No. Alex proposes a hand-off to Penny, and Penny's drafts wait in Review for your yes before anything is sent.
- How does Alex choose 1:1 meetings?
- Alex checks matches against the agenda, then proposes each meeting with its reason. Every invitation passes through a send preview showing every recipient before sending.
