The six agents

Six agents, each with one job. You decide.

Give sponsors, speakers and delegates an event that looks made for them: a designed website and portals, a checked agenda, posts in the event's own look and matched 1:1 meetings. Sam handles setup, Penny the portals, Andy the agenda, Max the posts, Wendy the website and Alex the figures and meetings. Every agent shows you the work before you approve it to go out.

In the set-up order

Meet the agents

Meet Sam, Penny, Andy, Max, Wendy and Alex, in the order you work with them when you set up an event.

  1. Agent 1SamSetup

Sam, Setup: Sam builds your event's structure from a conversation.

Get the task types, deadlines, packages and settings your event needs, proposed together by Sam. Sam asks plain questions and uses your answers to shape the setup. You can build any part by hand, and nothing is saved until you say yes.

    Work you can hand over

    • Creating the organisation and the event: name, dates, time zone, venue, currency and the audiences you need.
    • Members and roles (owner, admin, staff), with every invite shown before it is sent.
    • Starting each new event from your defaults, with Sam copying across the task types, knowledge base and email copy.

  2. Agent 2PennyPortals

Penny, Portals: Penny answers your participants and chases what they owe.

Give sponsors, speakers, delegates and providers someone who knows their tasks: Penny answers in their portal using your knowledge base and their own task details, and brings your team the questions she cannot answer. Penny is the only agent participants meet. For you, Penny pre-checks every submission and prepares each chase with every recipient visible, ready for your yes.

    Work you can hand over

    • Taking participant questions off your desk, with Penny answering sponsors, speakers, delegates and providers in their portal from the knowledge base and their own tasks, passes and sessions.
    • Making gaps visible, with Penny logging each question she cannot answer and handing it to your team.
    • Turning each answered question into knowledge for the next participant, with Penny creating entries and queuing unanswered questions.

  3. Agent 3AndyAgenda

Andy, Agenda: Andy builds the programme and keeps it consistent.

See your whole programme in one grid, with rule breaches marked exactly where they happen. Andy checks every change to stages, sessions and speakers against your rules and moderator and sponsor agreements, then proposes the smallest fix for your approval.

    Work you can hand over

    • A programme you can shape: stages, rooms and seat counts, a day structure, and sessions to create, move, duplicate and publish.
    • Clashes caught by Andy: overlapping sessions for a speaker or a stage booked twice.
    • Agenda imports with a check on every spreadsheet row before Andy writes it.

  4. Agent 4MaxMarketing

Max, Marketing: Max turns your event's news into posts, newsletter issues and campaigns ready for your audience.

Give every speaker confirmation, sponsor signing and approaching date a place in your marketing. Max turns each into a draft with its sources and checks attached, ready for your approval before it goes out.

    Work you can hand over

    • LinkedIn posts Max drafts from your event's latest activity, ready for your own account and company page.
    • The content calendar and the idea backlog.
    • Your strongest posts ranked by Max, with each post's results added 48 hours after publication.

  5. Agent 5WendyWebsite

Wendy, Website: Wendy designs your event's look and builds the website and portals in it.

Give your event a look that carries from its public pages to its portals. Wendy designs it, builds your portals from templates and runs your embeds, forms and read-only API. Wendy checks the visitor view and proposes it for your approval before anything goes public.

    Work you can hand over

    • Public agenda, speaker, sponsor and attendee pages in your event's design, prepared by Wendy and off until you switch each on.
    • Embeds Wendy prepares for your existing website, with access limited to the sites you allow.
    • The read-only API Wendy manages for access to published content, with scoped keys and the same page switches.

  6. Agent 6AlexAnalytics and 1:1

Alex, Analytics and 1:1: Alex reads the numbers and matches the people.

Know how your event is doing and why each proposed meeting belongs on the agenda. Alex answers from your platform records, explains every figure and flags anything that would be a guess. Alex gives a reason for each 1:1 match and passes follow-ups to the agent responsible.

    Work you can hand over

    • Insights: sign-ins, task completion, emails, registrations and public page views.
    • Revenue and bookings traced by Alex to packages sold and invoice states in your Stripe account.
    • Portal health from Alex: who has open tasks and has not signed in, and who is behind.

Shared tasks

How the agents work together

Follow a task from the agent who finds it to the agent who does it, with the handover shown as a proposal that waits for your approval.

  • Sam passes your approved tasks and deadlines straight to Wendy, who builds them into a sponsor portal in your event's colours, type and graphics.

  • Sam defines when reminders are due and who they come from. Penny handles the chasing within the cap you set.

  • Sam keeps the venue details in place. Edit the rooms within that venue in Andy's agenda.

  • Andy checks which speakers still owe slides and passes the chasing to Penny, ready to send when you say yes.

  • Alex finds who has gone quiet, and Penny prepares their chasers in Review. A bounced chase sends Penny back to Alex with a request for a new contact.

  • Wendy's public forms pass registration and VIP submissions straight into Penny's review queues.

  • When Andy publishes the agenda, Wendy shows you the website's programme page with the change, in the event's design, before it goes live.

  • Alex handles the agenda check with Andy's programme before proposing 1:1 meetings.

  • Max writes the blog copy, and Wendy publishes it in your event website's own look.

  • Penny tracks each sponsor's sharing-kit post from a reminder the day before its due date to a tick when they post.

Add-ons that are a new module

Each add-on that introduces a module gives that module its own agent and defined responsibility, working alongside the six and proposing work for your approval.

  • Floor plan, stands and shop listed with Sam
  • Leads listed with Penny

Add-ons that extend a module

Your existing agent handles the extra capability when an add-on extends the module that agent already runs.

  • White label run by Sam and Wendy
  • Social sharing run by Max
  • Meetings run by Alex
