About Conectus
Let Sam set up your sponsor-funded B2B conference, Penny look after portal questions, Andy manage the agenda, Max prepare the marketing, Wendy design the website and Alex arrange the 1:1 meetings. Conectus gives your organising team six named agents to do the work, with you approving what goes out.

- Every deadline is before the event
- Uses your sponsor portal template
- Nothing is sent to anyone
One workspace, with your yes on every change
Get the work off your list and into a proposal you can read: each agent takes on a job the organiser used to do by hand and explains every change in plain words. Everything stays in one workspace, with a record of what the agents did and the option to undo any of it. Each proposal waits for your yes.
Who it is for
Give your small team the agents to prepare a sponsor-funded B2B conference: Sam handles setup, Penny looks after portal questions and Andy manages the programme. Conectus is for organisers and heads of events running a handful of events, focused on the months before the doors open: sponsors, speakers, delegates, providers, agenda, knowledge base and email.
Built by a team that runs its own conference
The team behind Conectus runs TFEST26, in Berlin on 1 December 2026, with Conectus on a stand. The organisers of that event are the first users. Sponsor, speaker, delegate and provider portals already run a real event today, and Conectus is their rebuild with the agents. We start with organisers in Europe.

The six agents
Sam, Penny, Andy, Max, Wendy and Alex, in the order you set an event up.
- Sam, Setup

- Sam turns your conversation into an event ready to launch, with packages, deadlines, imports and an email template in place.
- Penny, Portals

- Penny answers sponsors, speakers, delegates and providers from your knowledge base, in portals designed for your event, and chases outstanding work.
- Andy, Agenda

- Andy handles the programme's moving parts, arranging stages, sessions and speakers, checking clashes and keeping capacity consistent.
- Max, Marketing

- Max writes LinkedIn posts, blog copy, newsletters and campaigns around your event, carrying its design into posts and planning sponsor and speaker sharing.
- Wendy, Website

- Wendy gives visitors your event's own design from public pages to forms and embeds, keeps the details accurate and publishes with your approval.
- Alex, Analytics and 1:1

- Alex matches people for 1:1 meetings in the breaks and examines revenue, bookings and portal health to show how your event is doing.
What you will see on this site
Demonstrations use a fictional event, the Northgate Forum 2027, and do not show real customer activity. We publish no customer quotes or figures we cannot source.
